Crockett 7th & 8th Football will be playing Huntington at Driskell Stadium, Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 5PM.

The Junior High Volleyball team had the opportunity to watch the Varsity Volleyball team compete at home against Anderson-Shiro yesterday, all in celebration of Pink Out Day. The girls had a fantastic time! The final volleyball match for Junior High is scheduled for Monday, 10/28, against Trinity Junior High. We encourage everyone to come out and support these young athletes!

CISD Parenting Workshop Week # 1. Parents learned about valuable parenting qualities. Each week we will gain resources to boost our children's success. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, October 28, 2024 at 8am. Meetings are held at the Administrative Office Building.

Crockett ISD Homecoming Parade is Friday,, October 25, 2024 at 4PM in Downtown Crockett. We will have early dismissal for the students and staff at noon, so that they can all attend.

Come join us for our Latino Literacy Project that starts tomorrow, October 24, 2024 at 5pm at Crockett Early Childhood Campus. The project is an interactive family reading program that helps establish a family reading routine and build early reading comprehension and vocabulary. The Bulldogs Cross Country team competed in the UIL Region III Regional Championship. As a team overall they placed 9th out of 24 teams with 313 points. The boys did amazing today with all of them breaking PR(personal records). Not only were they Varsity District Champs. But they are also Regional Qualifiers. We are only losing our 3X Regional Qualifier Senior Nathan Morales. Staying are Sophomores Ethan Quintero, Jaden Quintero, Steven Millhouse, Victor Cruz and Freshman Omar Guzman. Thank you everyone who’s come out to support us. The boys worked so hard this season and it has 100% shown! Best season yet for our Crockett Bulldogs Cross Country. As a team we like to send a big shout out to our soon departing Senior Nathan Morales “Thank you for all your dedication and hard work these past 4 yrs. Crockett ISD Pink Out Day is October 25, 2024.

Crockett High School NHS students are excited to host a Crocktober Fest on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Join us in the Crockett High School Gym from 6 PM to 8 PM for an evening of fun. To gain entry, please bring two canned goods per person. All proceeds will be donated to those in need.

Crockett ISD Weekly Events October 21 - 26, 2024.

Crockett Independent School District will be offering Credit by Examination to any student enrolled at Crockett in Grades K-12 who needs credit recovery or is seeking grade advancement. CBE is offered through Texas Tech University and will be proctored by Crockett ISD counselors on the campuses. The registration period for CBE’s will be October 28-30, 2024. Individuals may pick up registration forms from any of the campus counselors or the administration building. There is a $20 deposit per test, to secure the test(s) for each individual. In addition, any student attempting a foreign language exam, must provide a flash drive for each course at the time of registration. Deposits will be returned to the student as long as the student completes the test on their scheduled day. Tests will be administered during the week of November 18-20, 2024. CORRECTIONS: Kevin Carcamo placed 6th. JV Score was 22 not 55 Regional Meet will be Tuesday, October 22 at 9:15am Congratulations to our 2024 District Champs!! The Bulldogs Cross Country JV and Varsity teams swept the district meet today with the JV team having 7 runners placing top 10. Jesus Cruz taking 1st place, behind him was 3rd Gustavo Aguilar, 5th Anthony Contreras, 7th Jayden Gonzalez, 8th Pablo Palma, and 9th Edgar Castillo. Over all the JV team came in with 55 points winning District. Varsity team has two top 10 finishes. Nathan Morales 9th and Ethan Quintero 10th. Taking them to Regionals as individuals. Not only that as a team they came in with 55 points over all making them 1st place and District Champs taking them as a team and qualifying for the Regional Meet on October 21!! Way to go Bulldogs!!! Coach Tapia is beyond proud of you guys and your hard work payed off!! Now our Boys Varsity Team is on the Road to Regionals!!
